No relationship or marriage is free of conflict or problems. What enables a couple to have a healthier relationship is how they handle conflict. If troubles arise in an intimate relationship that cannot be resolved on their own, participating in Marriage and Relationship Counselling allows couples a safe environment in which both parties can feel comfortable to identify any current conflicts and learn techniques to resolve issues in a healthy and respectful manner.

The most common issues that prevent couples from living happy lives are centered on their ability to have an open and honest conversation about how they feel. While in therapy, couples will learn skills to improve communication, manage conflicts better, and grow closer to each other.

I am a Gottman Method Level 2 trained clinician and utilize this evidenced-based approach to help couples therapy to manage perpetual issues, overcome infidelity, deepen intimacy, and help heal relationship injuries. The Gottman approach provides simple yet effective skills to help repair your conflict, reconnect as friends, as well as help re-spark your sex life.
